Re: 2012 People's Choice : Best Cover : Nominations

I love looking back at all that art and I was happy to have contributed to a couple of the covers, but here are my favorite ones: #234 Jagganath by Bill Halliar #239 Killing the Morrow by John Deberge #243 The Other Lila by Richard K. Green #257 Judgement Passed by Jerel Dye #269 Bright Lights by Bo...

Re: Best Art! [vote here]

I voted for #211 by Michael Hoskins. Reminds me of those classic sci-fi covers from long ago.

But heck, all 5 are great covers! Good luck to all!

Re: Best Story! [vote here]

Episode #206 "Creature" did it for me. I lost count of how many times I have listened to it already. :D

Re: Drabblecast 225 - Trifecta XIX

I like the fact that Mr. Saus doesn't really know the true ending to "Broken". That's a great touch to an excellent story. After a couple of listens, I think the exchange did take place and the father never told his wife. A miracle had happened, she would think. He will take that secret to his grave...

I made it out alive! Thanks for the torch idea, it will come in handy as I return soon to dwell in the older catacombs of Drabblecast once more!

Re: Where have all the weirdos gone?

Well, I of course love the story discussion. After that, the Twitfics, drabbles and short stories are a blast. A lot of talented folk here. And DrabbleNews is a good companion for the old segments Norm used to do. Thanks tbaker for the handy info. I'm off to continue exploring the Drabble catacombs!

Re: Where have all the weirdos gone?

A community of weirdos, on the other hand, is immersed in a sea of strange. Like dwarves in Munchkinland, they are the *NORM*. And if everyone is the NORM, then they will inevitably wonder, "Where have all the weirdos gone?" Congratulations, Munchkins! You have reached critical mass. That's classic...

Re: Where have all the weirdos gone?

So which areas of the forum are where all the action is? The area that discusses the stories for the recent episodes?
So much to read around here, kinda makes me forget about paying my bills online. :P

Re: Where have all the weirdos gone?

Hey there! I guess I'm the new weird. I'm a long time listener but new to the forums here. There are many creative people around here and I'm looking forward to contributing to the legend of The Drabblecast!
