Re: Nosferatechnology

Ohh...no one recognized this one but me?? I liked it very much!

The idea is brilliant and I always laugh when Twilight gets the blame. Anyone watching Supernatural? They mad a similar joke there about vampires hunting teeny-girls by this method. Hilarious! :-D

Re: Drabblecast 222 - Rules for Living in a Simulation

@Goldenrat: I had sort of similar thoughts at some point....I still wonder why as a child you start thinking such stuff. It is not "obvious" to think something like this, but all of a sudden you become paranoid and start thinking such shit! Good fiction...no one would ever consider it being the trut...

Re: Mouse Intestines Are Honestly the Best-Case Scenario

I was seeing this one for some days now and never found time to look it up....why oh why...this one was def. funny!

"...a lot of spare time after he lost his job with Genetix."

Just brilliant! I was waiting for something genetically and it was coming...but the last sentence just made it even better!

Re: Museum Ship

I liked it however. While I am myself not an expert on spelling and grammar either, I can understand the problem very well. Non-native english people sometimes have problems with such things...and even native-speakers might have them too! However the idea is fun, and there is def. potential in it. I...

Well I do like your story, no matter how. It gave me time to think about the Nine-billion names of god story!

Re: Exploration

I was suggesting tandem-author...but I guess the best word would be co-author or co-publisher.

Well I have to say that Ben had the brilliant idea this time and I was just adding some suggestions (like a title and an alternating ending). I hope you liked the story though! ;-)

Re: P != NP

Thanks a lot... this was what I was looking for.

Do you think it is a reference to The last quewtion because of that:
The Cosmic AC said, “NO PROBLEM IS INSOLUBLE IN ALL CONCEIVABLE CIRCUMSTANCES.”
Could be interpreted into: No P is insoluble considering all NP. Right?

Re: Drabblecast 227 – The Star

I liked the perspective in the story...a little bit like in "The last Question". It was dark and thought provoking. Although the argument is pritty much thes same like "Why do bad things happen to good people" it is bringing the entire thing to a bigger and even less barable scale. I have never thou...

Re: P != NP

I was reading wikis about it for an hour and still don't get the point why this is bad. However there is a similar story somewhere out there (lost the name however) about monks and a computer-company calculating all possible names of god. After the programm finished, stars went out above the main ch...

Re: Sell Yourself

I sort of wandering if the story is taking another end.....however the second last sentence got me thinking: Passing three other interviewees. This human resource manager must have some staying power...and then i was wondering if it would be best to be first or lasr in line, if you know what i mean!

@ROU killing time: yes man....was a typo. Was quite late when we wrote it. However we are quite a while fans of DC now and thus only fresh meat to the board, not to the show. But i allready like it here...nice unpublished stuff which is fun to read.
