Re: Bases Covered

This is amazing. Finally a religious/not religious movement I can get behind. I wish it were real so I could buy it. I'd also love if you ever released "Smells like Creme Brulee".

Re: Drabblecast 173- Go Beep by Aliya Whiteley

This was just truly amazing, the weaving in of Nirvana's oeuvre throughout the story in so many ways, the weird smiley faces , the teen angstyness, and at the end a catchy recipe for creme brulee. My only complaint is I can't find anywhere that 'Smells like creme brulee' might be downloaded...

Re: Drabblecast 146- Teddy Bears and Tea Parties

Yeah pretty much everything Praxis said. This was possibly my absolute favorite, so weird, so alien, so many mind and reality bending creepy wonderful bits in this. Unmitigated pure awesome. Loved It.
Best WTF since clown eggs hands down.

Not from Kansas Anymore

The witch cackled at the approaching girl holding a bucket. "It'll take more than a girl from Kansas, her little dog and a bucket of water to stop me." The girl threw the bucket's contents onto the witch. The witch screeched in agony. She collapsed as her skin bubbled from the chemical bur...

Re: Future History Lesson

Kids are so freakin squeemish is all I have to say. I didn't bat an eye when our science teacher showed us The Alien Autopsy Video in class and went into all the hypothetical organs compared to ours. And then inducted us into a UFO cult. And then was forcibly removed by police officers following a f...

Re: Van Helsing Hunts in New Jersey

Tweedy: Fair points, and thanks! I changed a few words and I think that its hopefully a little clearer. Man writing with only 100 words to use is hard. Alternate ending: I could bear it no longer and sprang before they could react, thrusting the stake deep into the awful monstrosity's heart. "L...

Re: Van Helsing Hunts in New Jersey

I thought of this idea since it seems that in almost every vampire story these days the ancient undead seem to have huge boners for teenaged girls, who in real life tend to be pretty insufferably vapid. Not that teenaged boys are better(I was certainly guilty of my fair share of asshattery as a lad)...

Re: OnStar At Your Service

I don't know which version I just read as it sounds like there's been a decent amount of editing, but I really like it. Good show.

Van Helsing Hunts in New Jersey

The sun had set, yet the mall was open for three more hours. I would end it tonight. The vampire was with a teenage girl, standing awkwardly while she talked on her Hello Kitty jewel studded cell phone. The ancient fiend was carrying several pink shiny shopping bags. "OMG this is sooo fab! Like...

Re: Bees drink your sorrow

The reason that the bee plasmodia connection has not been reported by the main stream media is due to Big Honey owning all the networks. Damn you Big Honey! Damn You!

I'd weep about the state of the world but I know that's exactly what they want.

Bees drink your sorrow

I've just got into the drabblecast the past couple months and joined the forums to communicate the following: There are bees out there who survive by drinking the tears of humans: http://www.boingboing.net/2009/10/28/bees-that-drink-huma.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false These bees ...
