Did anyone stay till after the credits? Apparently there was a quick scene that possibly opened things up for Cloverfield 2- which IMO would be a terrible move but a very typical one for Hollywood.

Ok, I think I got it worked out- everything should be ok in an hour or two.
Oddly enough- it turns out a file was corrupted in the Black and White animals page/podcast and that was causing an "unknown publishing error."

...obviously an alien scheme by Emperor Mersatz to hide the truth.

gaaahblaaghwg!

Hey folks, sorry for the lateness this week. The episode is up in mp3 form in Drabblecast Warehouse but I'm having some issues with iWeb publishing on main site. If anyone has any mac/iweb publishing experience lemme know- I'm not really a web publishing savvy guy but will hopefully have these issue...

Your supernatural angle is really interesting. These things are actual hell-spawn? Possible, but not as satisfying (to me) a purely "rational" explanation. Well, I wasn't thinking "hell" as much as just horrors from a parallel existing dimension (a la "The Mist") I like your weapon angle more- that...

Podcasting 101: Don't air your first episode till you've figured out your setup. DC stories were a little hit or miss in the early days (not easy getting weekly stories when nobody knows about you!) but worse is the recording quality. One of these days I'll go back and redo some of the better storie...

Awesome! Glad to have you around bolddeciever- I always like reading your comments in EP forums.

Although reading your handle reminds me of a particular drinking tune that my traditional Irish band has to play pretty much every weekend. :-)

Bout to check out "Awesome!"

Yah, if I had written it I might have included something about why the worms demanded tribute from humans specifically-for all that they have done for us? Or made some distinction why human children must be used. That could have been creepy and effective. Overall though, I liked it for exactly the r...

Yah, I'm with you there- no way was it from ocean vents. It seemed to have some sort of lung-like things on it's head on that close up shot when it looked down at the camera guy. I guess those could have been gils, like it was some sort of newt, but yah, it hads no fins and wasn't very streamlined. ...

*spoilers!*

Well, I agree that they needed to have some character development material at the beginning, but it just didn't feel authentic. I was like, why are all these people who look like they are in their late 20's acting like high school kids? "Dude, did you hear Rob hooked up with Beth?" "Totally? No way-...

Just saw it. We were running late but apparently not late enough- still had to sit through about 20 minutes of an utterly tedious Dawson's Creek episode. Once the monster started tearing crap up it was amazing. I've never been to a movie and felt like I was on a theme park ride.

Neat monster too.
