Re: Drabblecast 389 - Night of the Living POTUS

Your spoiler nailed it for me. I was super hesitant to consider a story about a president or anything seemingly political, but fell in love with this one when I realized that it's real agenda was a lot more fun than the lame ones I had been concocting and presuming at first.

Re: Drabblecast 390 - I Will Remain

This is probably my fave episode since the relaunch! The story and narrating was sooo good. And the sound effects -- GROSS! But in the best way imaginable. YESS! I agree, those sound effects man. Dogs already make enough gross sounds don't they?? Have you ever heard a dog just sit in the corner and...

The directors cut was good. Good to know maxi pads can cushion the old sack from a 300 pound man jumping off a ladder.
Don't try this at home.

Re: Drabblecast Director’s cut

In the discussion about Charlie the Purple Giraffe, the composer Carl Stalling is mentioned. I suspect that many people have never heard of him. To most people his name is obscure but his work is anything but. As it turns out I recently watched a YouTube video that discusses Stalling. Here's a link...

Re: Drabblecast Director’s cut

On Jelly Park: Listening to the director's cut episode of Jelly Park and Norm's and Aliyah's conversation about it, I think neither one realized they not only had different life experiences but were also speaking a different language. :-) Haha, ya, both Aliya and I got a lot of different messages a...

Hey all! Thank you to everyone who gave updates by proxy, sorry for the delay in correspondance-- I realize that not everyone follows us on social media and that this might have been the only place where folks might have been keeping up. Tyler, Thanks for reaching out! I feel yah, and you're right, in addition to the many other ways I should have had a coherent communications plan as we sputtered for awhile there and eventually went silent, certainly this should have been more thoroughly addressed. I did reach out to many of our don...

This is the sort of story that keeps me listening to DC, you can't find this sort of thing anywhere else. Thanks to Norm for continuing to put out these strange stories. I may not always have been a strange listener, but I most certainly am now, and am grateful for it. Polecat, you've been a strang...

I haven't seen any new episodes since this one though. And I thought it was supposed to...... Ya, trying to get back on to a regular schedule. In meantime yes, Drabbleclassics, or just hit the archives. There are literally hundreds of back episodes to wade through. Don't let current delays hold the...

Just chimin' in for a different opinion-- even though I'm probably biased. I actually LOVE Charity's intros and was a big fan of the end cap discussion too. This is coming from someone who sees these things as adding additional value to a repeat that is already otherwise free and easily findable onl...

I love all this, those images and products are awesome! And Tom is right, it's pretty coincidental in timing with what I've been wanting to do. A barrier so far, as you've seen from these sites, is cost-effectiveness. A. We don't have enough $$ to front for the initial buy-in of said wonderful merch...

I think that he really meant to convey a continuation of one thought across two sentences. In which case the use of two of the same word is most appropriate. Haha, yah that was the idea (going by the ol "3 times and it's intentional" doctrine'). Intensity through repetition or whatever. Had a weird...
