Re: An Objective Opinion

There was a similar scene in the Red Dwarf audio book, "Better than Life", in which the ship's computer becomes much smarter, and asks the toaster what great secret of universe would it like to know the answer to. So of course the toaster inevitably asks, "Would you like some toast?"

Re: Nano Snowman

Hmm, tiny tin beads would probably melt quick with some heat applied...

And yes, this is so "cool"... but if I had the ability to do this, I would make an army of tiny tin snow men soldiers, arm them with tiny ion beam guns, and set them loose to reek tiny havoc... but that's just me.

Re: Announcing the Weekly Tw(itter)-(Dr)abble Contest!

The stinking corpse of the man I murdered sits mockingly before me. I know he's not really here. My nose knows otherwise.

As I raise the hammer again, the words, "I forgive you," escape my victim's tattered yet smiling lips, and I am defeated.

I just want to rest, but they won't let me. They keep screeching their horrible war cry, and clawing at my face; damn cats.

Re: The bigger they come...

Yeah, I hesitated to post this due to it being a fox article, but it seems non-partisan enough, (unless it's a metaphor of some kind; like now that I think about it maybe the T-rex is supposed to be Obama and the parasites are right wing pundits) so I went with it.

"This is where I get off," said the axe murderer as the train pulled up to a platform.
The other passengers looked scared.

I ask, “Why are those aliens disemboweling each other like that?” Our tour guide replies, "Well, that's how they mate." LOL That's awesome. Yeah, I think so too. Good imagery... or something. But it was this one by ASID that started this whole disemboweling thing: A culture's most common words are ...

The Perils of Pam, Part 5 of 5 (Hijacked...)

As the kids grew older, Pam decided that they needed their father. So she called up CBS, and asked to speak with the owner.

(Okay ASID, the ball is in your court now.) 8)

Again, this is the unofficial Perils of Pam, I'm sure ASID has a more final ending in mind. :)

The Perils of Pam, Part 4 of 5 (Hijacked...)

Sorry ASID, but I just could not wait to find out what crazy adventure Pam would get herself into next. :) Pam's limelight faded. She just had to turn to the innate abilities her brood was blessed with. Now she barters in souls. (Official version of Part 4 will come from ASID...) But the steel gaunt...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4UOh3WWcxIY (Animal lovers may not want to view the linked movie. For that matter, nobody but a sicko should view it.) The only way that could get better is if they only used endangered animals... No, really I don't know if I have the words to express my true feelings...

Re: Destroy Portland

I've only been to Portland once, so I guess that makes me one of the stomped tourists.

Highly enjoyable read, of a kind that I would like to see more of around here, and I don't mean giant robots, I mean strait forward story and good characterization... and giant robots :)
