Re: One Little Crow

I think all english teachers receive the ability to reanimate when they get their diplomas. How else will punctuation and haunt syntax haunt the living?

Hmmm.... Maybe if "break" was "brake," that would be enough. ;)

I use the archive to listen to that younger, squeakier Norm. We have come some far piece since then. Or you have seeing as I just got here. Thanks for all the back issues, I listened to the 53 newest ones iTunes gave me in a week and hungered for more.

Absolutely, Caprica has a scene in front of my favorite statue of that creation story, pretty sweet.

Re: One Little Crow

Thanks, Nishka nation I think. Native Canadian would be closer, although I don't think most of that land was ever legally signed over so Nishka is probably most accurate. Vancouver island and some mainland B.C. anyway.

Now that's a tender bayonet story. I just love a good bayonet story, even one with that much math. Nice.

Seedy Spaceports Can Be Deceptive

The old man, stooped and fragile, stood in the dark, empty docking corridor. Six pirates with their stolen entropy weapons recognized easy pray. As they approached, he raised his arms high, showing defencelessness with an unsettlingly loving gesture. “Take what you can, brothers.” , he said in a fee...

Couples that slay together, stay together. Always nice to see a new twist on the old zombie limb. Leg or arm or whatever, I liked this one.

One Little Crow

The sleek, indestructible beast stopped directly below him and let its pet ape out. Perched above, the King of the Ravens knew its weaknesses. His ancestor made the world, after all, dropping a shell and giving birth to man. Small wonder such vengeance lived behind those little eyes. Which metal abo...

Yeah, it seems like this format would encourage repeats. Zombie twabbles are so tempting but its tough to bring anything new to that table. Old and crusty has its advantages, whippersnappers get whipped where I work. I just discovered DC a couple of weeks ago, what a find. Chained to the floor and m...

More water had passed under the bridge than a small family of troll corpse beavers could dam; but they never quit trying.
