Re: Drabblecast 381 – Unathi Battles The Black Hairballs
The story was pretty over the top, but I felt like it was more of a lampoon than a serious sort of story. I found it rather enjoyable. The narration was iffy though. I think that it was the echo-y-ness or the hollow sound of the narrator that sort of detracted from the story. Like others, it took me...

Still alive?
Hey all I got sucked into a hell mouth and have finally fought my way back to some sort of normalcy. I noticed there hadn't been a Podcast since may. Has the drabblecast taken some torpedoes mid ship or have I just missed out on some announcement somewhere? Also did I hear Steve Elys voice in episod...

This has always been one of my favorites. Definitely on my phone so I can listen to whenever/whereever I have no signal but I do have power.

This was pretty awesome. The outro should have just been "BOOM" drops Mic. Steps fade. Outro music.

I asked the centaur "Why the long face?"
With a snort he whined "I failed my rite. I only screamed until I was half-horse."

Re: 3-breasted woman kept teenaged sex slave in doghouse
Whats a sad commentary on society is I thoroughly think the dude is lying and full of crap about being kept 'as a slave' against his will. Yet, if it was a reversed (ie Man keeping a woman enslaved) I would very easily believe until shown proof beyond a doubt it was consensual.

I'm sad too. Whenever I heard her name as the author I knew I was in for having my heartstrings played like a heart or ripped out of my chest, but i loved every moment of it. RIP.

Re: kinda insulted
Man all this talk about serious topics, but no one is addressing the biggest issue here, namely when is that Bast song going to be released? As someone that once spent six hours trapped in a tiny car in a blizzard on a highway, the intarwebz and its silly cat pictures kept me from going stark raving...

Tomorrow I'm adding that to the rum. Calling it the "Faux Pa" , since my wife nixed that as my grandfather name. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion! This made me giggle for about 5 minutes. For myself, I like beer. I can drink anything, but I like beer. Wine makes me sleepy, hard liquor makes me vio...

That is a big ass beak. Kinda makes you wonder if one of these things didn't wash up on a beach somewhere in ancient times to spawn the legend of the kracken.

I can't believe that I forgot to comment on this story. I freakin loved the hell out of this story, but I think Nathan's narration really sealed the deal for me. As much as Norm has become the permanent voice in my head (haha, totally kinda joking there... not really, yes really) sometimes a story c...
