Well, if I were to pick what stories I thought best represented DC,

1. The worm within
2. Eggs
3. Office Consultation
4. Trifecta

Re: the official link

http://www.bokaier.com/mega-beasts/ Don't be weirded by the URL I'm not weirded out by the URL but am weirded out by the reference to "dude cow". WTH is that? Brings back memories of that horrific animated movie The Barnyard in which they had male "cows" complete with udders! The film-makers couldn...

I really liked the production. Hearing Norm sound gruff and hard-bitten was a nice switch. Geez, that guy can do anything. Similarly, the writing was good. Nice and grim and gritty with pretty good characters. But there wasn't any story to the story. These people are locked in a bunker because they...

I direct a nonprofit music outreach program. It entails working a lot with kids, old people, disabled people and musicians. Oh, and trying to get money from rich people. That's the fun part. That's neat. I noticed you grouped disabled people and musicians. :-) Soo... do you play your music t...

How to make a living... Only $399

Ok Norm, I just have to ask- How the heck do you make a living? You obviously don't make money from DC, and it takes up a bunch of your time. You're an awesome musician, but it's easier to make money from a Nigerian scam. So what's the deal? You an investment banker or something? :-)

I would also like to throw in a vote for the vicious LEMMING! Can you imagine a pack of little suicide bomber lemmings?
Ha ha! That's awesome! Is it too late to change my vote to Lemmings?

Drabblecast Archive

A while back Norm asked if anyone wanted to put up a fan archive page, to help with redundancy, etc. I've started one at http://www.gardenstreet.org/drabblecastarchive/ My thought is to have a podcastable feeds for sets of 10 episodes, to make it easy for new listeners to get caught up. I have the f...

Let's get some feedback, to make sure I'm not the only one who thinks this idea is awesome. Question: a) How many of you contributors have a website on which you would be interested in adding something like the banner ads posted above, that people can click through to the Drabblecast? b) What shoul...

it either makes the main character either: A. A jerk who bites the hand that feeds him, making me unsympathetic to his situation, or B. Clearly a hallucination or a dream, which makes the story loose some of it's charm. Only these choices? No, simply that those were the two choices that my mind jum...

tbaker – I’d like to hear why you think the main character was hostile, as I pictured him just incredulous or impatient. This is, of course, simply my humble view of life and death situations. If the man was in good health, his reactions were warranted. If _I_ were shipwrecked with little chance of...

Well, I admit that I'm torn. The main story is good enough if you just listen, and don't try to read too much into it. But as shown in the postings, it borders heavily on "This story has no preset meaning. Insert your own personal meaning here." If that's the case, I am utterly befuddled on why the ...

Well, unless anyone has an objection, why don't we agree to let Norm go with the style he tinks will work best. And with at least one splat sound effect for Chiverybean. I'd like the episodes to be referenced in order 1,2, 3, and so on. Its the Greman in me. And what do you guys think about capping...

Well, as one of the 88 donors, my 2¢ is that it's all good. I don't want to saddle Norm with too stringent of criteria. I would like all the verses to somehow flow together and relate to each other, but beyond that I'm not particular. Whatever y'all decide is good. I didn't know paypal would do 2 c...

I could do Dylan without singing in Dylan style. I agree that that might distracting. Necessary gratuitousness is my middle name- any splats/face eating/cat dissolving will be done ever so tastefully. That'd be good.
