Drabblecast 153 - What Fluffy Knew
Re: Drabblecast 153- What Fluffy Knew by Kristine Kathryn Rusch
This has been one of my favorites in a while, especially the part at the end.
I'm just picturing these super advanced but tiny space invaders running into a room full of cats... priceless.

Not one of my favourites, lots of fun ideas but as a whole just didn't keep my attention. That said as the owner of two cats I am now keeping my eyes open for large tic type creatures in their ears, just in case...

I didn't really like this one. I like cats, and I like aliens, and I really like women, but this one seemed too cutesy. Maybe it was in how it was read. I think if Norm had read it it would have had a completely different feel, and more to my taste.

I liked parts of this one. The essay about feline nature seemed a little weird in the middle of the otherwise entertaining storyline. I recall one of my favorite stories from the early Catfantastic books - I think it was called Wart, and I know the main cat character was called Wart - which featured humans terrified of mysterious invisible aliens called Tressors whose secret turned out to be that they were really tiny. Wart caught and ate them when they invaded their spaceship home.
Anyway, the cats fighting aliens was cool. The lectures from the doctor were lame. Overall, pretty fun.

It was fun. What else do you need?

Good to see you here on the DC forums, lowky. And with a picture, no doubt.

Cute, fluffy fun. I'm not much for cat stories, but it made be chuckle here and there. Reminded me of Douglas Adams' tiny invaders.
