Crunch.
The zebra perked up its ears and darted through the grass.
Damn. If I didn’t come back with a kill today, my reputation as a hunter would be ruined.
I stalked through the tall grass, waiting patiently.
After a few hours, I saw that the zebra was back. Luck was on my side. The whole herd was coming my way.
I lined up the leading animal in my sights.
Bang.
It fell, crumpling to the ground.
I examined the entry wound. There was no blood. Just… wires.
With a murderous look in their steely red eyes, the herd charged.
