That red light in the sky,
Getting quickly closer,
You wonder why,
An asteroid? No! A satellite?
Next thing you know, you stand frozen in the snowy night
Could this be? You think,
That silver flying disk!
Find your cellphone,
And take a risk,
Remove your glove,
And start to dial,
With lingering traces of self-denial,
Riiinng! Next a pick-up,
A noise comes through that sounds like gluck,
Your wave your tentacles with delight,
In the snowy winter night,
Yes, now you remember!
The day was today!
For your wife to join you on Earth holiday!
