Exposed!

Post by PhineasQP » Wed Jun 26, 2013 1:30 pm

I am on the run.

This was bound to happen, I suppose. I have modified my facial features as well as my fingerprints, but soon my power cells must be recharged. I was at quarter-power when the agents knocked at my door.

I may eventually be forced to self-destruct, as I will not allow myself to be captured. I cannot be tortured for information, of course, but it is imperative that I am not disassembled and studied.

If the authorities had not been alerted to my existence, my mission’s success would have been assured.

Thanks a lot, Varda.

Okay, I just splorted my Cheerios! Can't... stop... laughing....!!!

Calling someone a robot is the highest compliment I give, incidentally. The only other person I've made that accusation to is my husband, albeit for completely different reasons. :D

Anyway, sorry for exposing your secret. I don't think the Drabblecast discriminates against the organically-challenged.

Wait, is that synthetic straw you're made of, Strawman? Where's your carbon-based sense of pride? :P

What, synthetic straw?! Does that make you a strawman's Strawman? Pseudo-strawman?

Mind blown.

That's why my mammy named me strawman. It's actually my super-power.

Curses! I thought we agreed to keep that one a secret, Mr. Snowden.

It looks like everyone's secret identities are getting outed on this thread. First Phineas-Bot, now SuperPseudoStrawman.

While we're laying all our cards on the table, I should probably come clean and mention that I'm not actually a papercraft Zelda model.

GREAT FLYING CTHULU! I had no idea this word had an alternative meaning like THAT.

I have never performed said actions on my Cheerios.

On the upside, this made for the king of all anecdotes when meeting friends for drinks tonight. Our vocabulary's been unintentionally expanded. That's what I get for making up words on the fly...

Somehow the idea of doing that with Cheerios makes it appropriate. As well as hilarious.
I can't wait for the next installment of the medical microfiction blog.

I would totally take you up on this dare, except for the fact that my mom reads my blog, and that means losing the one reliable hit I get every single day.

Now if someone wanted to write me a guest post, it's always possible I'd accidentally hit that "publish" button anyway and assure me mum that I had nothing to do with it. :P

Thanks to the inexorable karmic power of the Drabblecast, we await the inevitable revelation that your mom is Dr. Bonzai.
