War is Hell, Hell is Other Teddies

On the battlefield a Pew! Pew! laser canon emitted a ribbon of softly translucent light, that gently cycled through all the colors of the rainbow. Elsewhere, another teddy bear peered through the scope of his Pop! Pop! rifle. The scope was actually a bubble wand and, with back drafts, several bubbles appeared. Still another teddy ran through a hail of Puff! Puff! mortar fire and Fluff! Fluff! bombs. There was batting everywhere—loose buttons, satin bows. The lucky were only being cuddled. The unlucky were being hugged. The rest were taken home. That day will always be remembered as: Black Friday.
