“The tree came outta nowhere!”

The officer wouldn't have believed him except—the back seat of his patrol car was in the front seat, hugging a tree, in the middle of the highway.

The trees were taking back the forests. Every road, every KOA RV park, every dell where high school kids go to toss beer cans. And it wasn't just the trees. Boulders that had been motionless for tens of thousands of years decided to rumble down slopes toward hunting parties. They all became bulwarks. The forests grew from California to Canada, as they once had.

Then came—the prairies.
Many on the forum have asked me, so here's my answer: a spoonful of lighter fluid. And you'll need to wash it out really well when you're done.
