Poisonous lambs

Post by Benbi » Tue Aug 05, 2014 11:52 am

A fetid stream of chunks and fluid fled his mouth, splattering onto the corrupt porcelain shore of the public toilet. Shutting his eyes against the horror, he depressed the flushing device and, for a brief moment, was soothed by the cool breeze from the gushing water. He then collapsed to his side and defecated noisily into his underwear.
Searing agony erupted from his stomach, wracking him with convulsions that curled his body into an involuntary foetal position, bringing him eye-to-eye with an accumulation of pungent liquid and unfamiliar pubic hair.
Next time, Hannibal promised himself, he would cook the liver.

Here's how to do it right

Put contents of 1 can of peeled tomatoes in the beaker of your stick blender with 4 cloves of garlic (Peeled - More if you like it a LOT), a handful of mixed herbs, 1 beef stock cube (Crumbled), a good glug of Worcestershire Sauce, a good squeeze of HP Sauce and whatever else you think you need, seasoning wise. Then zap it with the stick blender and put it to one side.

Prepare a couple of handfuls of mushrooms - Chop off the bottom of the stalk, peel or wipe the tops, chop if needed. Or alternatively, canned mushrooms are good for this - 1 can, and drain off the water.

Chop 1 large Onion into rings and 1 green pepper into chunks, and put them to one side too.

Chop 1Lb of Lambs liver and 4 to 6 rashers of smoked bacon (The stronger the better) into bite sized pieces.

Heat a little oil in a Stock Pot or LARGE Saucepan and soften the Onion & Pepper.

Add the liquid, stir, then add the meat.

stir while bringing it to the boil, then cover & simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.

Add the mushrooms, and continue to simmer for about 5 more minutes.

Serve with rice or Chipped Potatoes. (French Fries) Should do 4 people. :D
