Trick or Treat (Halloween Theme)

Postby MonsieurMoustache » Thu Sep 25, 2014 3:21 am

“TRICK OR TREAT!”

Nora didn’t recognize the costume. Before she could ask, he continued.

“Would you like a trick or a treat?"

Nora blinked. “Oh, for me? A trick, then.”

The trick-or-treater pulled a package of MintPuffs out of his pillowcase.

"I thought those were discontinued!" she exclaimed. "But how's this a trick?”

He giggled. “A trick is supposed to be a surprise. Surprise!”

“What if I’d asked for a treat?” Nora smiled.

The mask smiled back. “Then you’d be really surprised.”

Neighbours certainly were. Police, too. Even the mortician, who had twenty-seven cases, was surprised each and every time.

That was amazing! The voices were done with such distinct character, and the music selection was really effective. Well done, Tibb, not even Norm could do better. I really appreciate how you took your time with the piece and let the horror build as well. Better than even I pictured it in my own head.
