Pride in my Pet

Post by mcvries » Mon Jan 26, 2015 8:34 pm

Beaming with pride he looked at Sasha. His Hybrid Wolf Dog. His pride and joy. Smell is much better developed in the beast. Instincts are much closer to the surface.
The training of such an superb animal takes it's toll. But the payback is twice as big, he was sure.
He had made his mistakes, they had had their low moments.
But now, looking at it in his fortified back yard, he beamed. The beauty. The strength.

To bad he couldn't take her out any more. And he should have beaten it to his first born. Oh well, nobody knew.

Thanks for the feedback. Appreciated.

The point i tried to get across, the dog chased (and killed) the owners first born, while the owner was there ,but he couldn't get to the child first. And sort of shrugged it off. (One of the downtimes mentioned before)
I tried to bring the circle round on how far gone he was.
