Pyrokinetic Penguins

Post by Suomy Nona » Wed Dec 26, 2018 11:44 am

I sailed the oceans and walked the ice
I searched for the fabled paradise

Abundant with its krill and fish
Where penguins slide as they wish

A frozen trail became my guide
The guano brought them to my sight...

How dark their innocent eyes of coal
How proud their waddle in the snow

At the very sight of the tuxedo birds
I forgot myself and all I have learned

I raced up close to hold one tight
But stopped when flames engulfed their eyes

I knew at once that all went wrong
As I heard them start their burning song

Haha, this made me chuckle
I peek through the cracks from a world where Reality Fractured

Hehe

My mind was drifting over to the Mountains of Madness (and probably always will when discussing demented penguins). Penguins are my favorite animal, so this one made me chuckle for sure
