I do love Music of Eric Zann, maybe my favorite aside from Mountains of Madness. I tried reading Nyarlothotep a long time ago because it was so short and you always hear him referenced. Just couldn't sink my teeth into it.
It's not the first time I've changed my opinion of a story after hearing Drabblecast produce it. The music and reading really brought this one alive for me and had me wondering so much more about Nyarlothotep by the end, his connection with the dark and vast horrors in the unknown. I have such an eerie image in my head of those building tops and steeples in the moonlight, the procession through the snow.
