Should be getting some more listeners on the West Coast, anyway. With a sweet link back to us.
Thanks, Geekspeak!

"What kind of cat is it?" - Podcasters

"Asshole...hahaha" - Norm

*crickets chirping*

"Uh, he just showed up at my door, and I started taking care of it." - Norm

Hilarious.

Who ask what kind of cat is it, anyway? Who really knows cat breeds?

Oh, that was awesome! Thanks for reading Squid Ink and pimp'in my books...inspite of being hampered by COL (Cat On Lap). When my friends get together, this is fairly common excuse for not doing something (e.g. "I can't help in the kitchen; I have COL.")

Hey, Norm, when I share your music with people, I say something like, "This is satire; it's funny. It's a little like Jonathan Coulton" and then I pop the earbuds in their ears or hit the play button. Because, really, trying to explain the songs is like trying to explain a joke and doesn't do them justice. Any self-respecting Geek knows who Coulton is, and your music always goes in playlists with his on my player. It's not a big genre, but it is a genre.

Don't get me wrong; saying, "It's bluegrass about fetuses and nipples" _does_ get people's attention, but...I'm not sure it gives them the full scope.

Hee hee... I haven't heard Norm this nervous before. Pretty funny.
They did a good job basking you in glory though.

What was the backstory, did they contact you?

Ah well, Norm was reminded of the specifics of our nation's timezones this week. Woke up from a nap to learn I was late! The delay was because they wanted me to use skype to call and things went awry. Thank goodness for good ol fashion phones.

hahaha

I just listened to this. One of the funnier moments this week.

'What kind of cat is it?'

'Asshole'

That entire minute, or however long it was, was extremely funny.
