Mom said, "As long as that box is closed, the cat is both alive & dead."
But after a few weeks, "alive" smelled pretty ripe.

I'll give you props for that one, (even if you did totally ignore my Sirius twabble)

But let's not fight like cats and dogs.

Niiiice.

And nice use of the ampersand, too. I'll have to remember that trick. Being able to save two characters on an 'and' would come in mighty handy with some twabbles.

I've started using Twabbles as a workout while writing or drawing...

I tattooed your face over my own
Then I started wearing your suit, your skin
Now nobody knows who I am
Now nobody misses you

Every attempt to “Party hearty, Marty” was met with horror and revulsion. Life was not easy for the fun guy from Yuggoth.

A world of bumper cars. I'd meant it as a gift, but didn't consider the consequences for ambulances until it was too late.

Warning, don't press any buttons when answering robocalls. My wife disappeared just after she pressed 2 to be removed.

It's always raining on the planet Sirius K9. It's so pervasive that you can almost not notice the wet-dog smell. Almost.

Sí, es un efecto similar cuando me presiona 2 para español.

I'll omit the customary, "Your twabbles are going to the dogs." But Sirius-ly, what's with your constellation fetish? :? :)

Other than carrying a theme forward, this one is pretty much just the result of being a dog owner in Portland.

Bob looked at me and said, "I feel your pain."
Then he added, "You sick bastard! Disconnect the neural transfer device!"

"Doc, you're back! But uh... Doc, what happened to your pants?"

Piddle and Whizz ran out into the street... their pace only slowed when the blazing sun dried them into pavement stains.

Ashamed to say the Doc / Marty reference almost didn't register... almost :)

I like this one... picturing the manic excitement on Doc's face, and Marty's helpless compliance in the mad scheme.

Where *are* they going? Some future time when pants aren't worn? It's a mystery, as it should be ;)

My first Drabblecast forum entry.
Seemed right to start with a twabble. Here goes nothing:

I've cooked a pair of eyes to dine on.
My meal smells particularly good tonight.
Sadly, I cannot seem to find my utensils.

Any thoughts...?

Cinéma Vérité

"Action!"
Cried the director.
Pat woke in his bed, confused.
"Cut! For the last time, he should be asleep in this scene!"

His face reddened in shame.
"You've done it again..." his wife said calmly.
"Don't worry, we can always adopt another".
