Of course, they also don't say a lot of other things. They don't mention that the reason St Nick and Google know what you've been thinking is that they are actually cats. They don't tell you how hypersensitive they are, and that they freak when their servants have unsupportive attitudes, such as yours.
And they never tell you where they planted the hairball IED.
