If only we could adapt these tactics in the propagation of the Drabblecast...

Between, ASID and Tom, would it be so hard to code up a little digital barb to implant some of our cells in these commenters which, when full term, cause them to believe that the DC subscription button is actually their 401K?

Yes, he/she/it did a fabulous job of dramatizing this gruesome interaction.

Thanks for providing an example of an animal (besides a wife) that invasively mind-controls its prey. I knew about Toxoplasma gondii, and mind-control fungi, but this is an animal, not a plant or bug.

Interesting how nature works. Over half of all organisms are parasites and we have overlapping hierarchies from viruses; to bacteria; to internal and external plants, animals, and molds; to the DemocRat party -- destroying at various levels from the cellular to the social fabric.

Additionally, we have memes that exist only in "thought space". A great many of these gleefully propagate without regard to the damage they inflict upon infected minds and societies.
