Red Menace vs Super-Dreadnaughtilus vs Necromanster vs Hard8

The beast fights have returned - vote to determine which will survive!

The MBDM is an annual tradition around Drabble'land. It represents an open discussion of bi-weekly match-ups between imaginary 'Mega-Beast' monsters, argued over on a bi-weekly, drunken podcast by bi-curious, weepy hosts Norm, Bo, Kendall, Luke, and Adam.
--------------------------------------------------
A gallery of veteran beasts, seasons 1 - 4, can be seen here. Most are dead now. Don't be sad though; they were never really alive.

Which Mega-Beast would survive in a fight to the death?

Sorry ROU, this Deathmatch is only big enough for one cephalopod-type creature. Like Admiral Perry at the gates of Japan, Super-Dreadnaughtilus simply won't take no for an answer. It's time for Hard8 to hit the bricks.

How could Super-Dreadnaughtilus win, he's a floating hydrogen balloon. One missile and kaboom!

So true, Strawman, so true. But let us shed the grief of the past and bring up one important point.

Only ONE of these contestants have awesome tentacles that can also constrict and spew venom, and this fact is woefully being ignored by the voters.

A venomous pox on all of ye.

I think this one line about Hard8 really says it all:
A confounding beast which wields a probability altering ability and supreme defensive prowess to repel all attacks.

This is a 4-way fight. Being an intelligent "creature", Hard8 will simply defend all attacks until one is left. I mean, it's in the friggin' description! Then will kill the remaining fool with a deadly snake bite.

I have a hard time seeing it going any other way. Convince me!

Podcast was funny, as always. Just the other day Dave said he called Bo again, but he didn't say it was in the middle of recording the MBDM! :-) He should know better.

Guys, what's all this namby-pamby about Necromanster? You guys really want a mage to win this? Phft.

Hard8 is still the lead vote for me, but Red Menace is OK too. It's all these damn fools over on facebook who are going for Necromanster. I think we need some Jim Crow laws here.

Late push happening for Super-Dreadnaughtilus on Facebook. If y'all are uncool with SD being your champion, I recommend a similar plea to your friends.

Just saying, The Death Panel was unanimous in their 'he will be exploded' sentiment.

And to complete my Mario 2 analogy
Red Menace : Mario
Hard 8 : Luigi
Super-Dreadnaughtilst : Toad
Necromanster: Princess

You know, I'd be upset about this, except for:
A. It doesn't matter, really.
B. You're bringing new people to the Facebook page, at least. Better than just computer lab hopping. :D
