Closing the noms at Midnight Eastern, currently the contenders for the 5 slots are:
  • 5 - 247 - How I Crippled a World for Just 0.01 Cents by Bo Kaier
  • 5 - 251 - The Music Of Erich Zann by Bill Halliar
  • 5 - 270 - The First Conquest of Earth by Richard K. Green
  • 6 - 265 - Pop Quiz by David Flett
  • 6 - 268 - I Only Am Escaped Alone to Tell Thee by Steve Santiago
  • 8 - 234 - Jagganath by Bill Halliar
  • 8 - 243 - The Other Lila by Richard K. Green
Please feel free to check my math. Note I'm only allowing one nom per artist, for the sake of variety (call it the Bo Kaier clause... or the Green/Halliar clause, as it were).

I got slightly different results:

Code: Select all

Episode Artist Total
234 Bill Halliar 8
243 Richard K. Green 8
265 David Flett 7
268 Steve Santiago 6
247 Bo Kaier 5
266 Caroline Parkinson 5
270 Richard K. Green 5
251 Bill Halliar 4
252 Matt Wasiela 4
257 Jerel Dye 4
239 John Deberge 3
248 Greg Cravens 3
254 Bo Kaier 3
269 Bo Kaier 3
Note that some dude went and nominated more than 5. So I only counted his first five.

So, with the Bo clause, the nominees should be:

Code: Select all

Episode Artist Total
234 Bill Halliar 8
243 Richard K. Green 8
265 David Flett 7
268 Steve Santiago 6
with a run-off between
247 - Bo Kaier and 266 - Caroline Parkinson

And maybe special "Lifetime Achievement Awards" to that Kaier fella.

This is why it is good to have your math checked. I am fallible, unlike the space pope. Setting up the run off!
