No the login info hasn't changed, at least mine hasn't.
Did you end up paid up after the billing fiasco?
Make sure iTunes is pointed to the right feed. Should be:

Paste that URL into Firefox or Chrome. If you can login and see the result, then your iTunes is SNAFU'd.
If you can't see the page, then your computer has probably got a stale DNS or proxy settings/cache, etc.
If you can see the page but not login, then Tom will have to help you with that -- make sure you're paid up.
