Bsides?

Postby dbennett » Mon Sep 15, 2014 7:14 pm

Ever since the billing fiasco a few months back, I've not received any B-sides content. I've been prompted by iTunes to enter the name/password, which I do according to what I was originally told, but no content has subsequently appeared. Has the name/password changed?

No the login info hasn't changed, at least mine hasn't.

Did you end up paid up after the billing fiasco?

Make sure iTunes is pointed to the right feed. Should be:

Code: Select all

http://www.drabblecast.org/feed/b-sides/

Paste that URL into Firefox or Chrome. If you can login and see the result, then your iTunes is SNAFU'd.
If you can't see the page, then your computer has probably got a stale DNS or proxy settings/cache, etc.

If you can see the page but not login, then Tom will have to help you with that -- make sure you're paid up.

Episode 51 is the newest.
If you use your info to log into the website itself, using the login fields on the right hand side, can you access the b-sides content?

tbaker: I can login on the sidebar and access the B-sides content. Probably an iTunes issue of some sort, then.

FYI alger...: That link generates an error message after login and then fails.

Yes, that traces it to iTunes. The best thing to do is delete the feed, and add it again.
