Best Drabble

Please nominate your favorite drabbles from the last Drabblecast year. Choose from Episodes 272 through 311.

Instructions:
  1. Nominate your 5 favorite drabbles in a reply, below.
  2. Please include the episode number for each of your nominations.
  3. Nominations close March 1st.

If you need a blurb for mine (The Oldest of the New Gods) I'd go with 'This new god is older than our ability to imagine gods.' :mrgreen:

I'll leave the reins of the editorial beast in your capable claws! Was just passing through to refresh my memory and thought I'd help. I'll take the free promotion, of course, even though I reckon Structural Decay will verb adjective.

Are you kidding? that's one of my favorites!
Sorry; I forgot to hand-edit the results from the latest version of my script. (Double-headers, 2-parters and trifectas are a right pain for automated screen scraping.)

The drabble is back in the nominations list where it belongs.

...by the way, glad this is running right now. I have a spoken word performance Monday and the fact that I have two stories that qualify makes choosing what two pieces to read much easier. I'll see how they play live!
