Nope, the past tense of twitter is twit, just like the past tense of light (¿litter?) is "Done lit".

I suppose some would say the past tense of twitter is twitted,

I felt a twinge in my stomach at his funeral. It might have been guilt, but then again I had left the canapés out overnight.
