Cuddle Zombies?

Does anyone recall the story where zombies were repurposed into cuddle objects?
I'm 99% sure it was here on the Drabblecast and involved a swimming pool filled with them, but can't find it.

Yeah Its a B Sides 13 - Snuggle the Dead by Matthew Bey, I read it thats why I remember about it, If you wanna buy it then you can take it from back to school coupon, because I saw there when I was buying my son's stuff, and there also used books available, so maybe it would worth buying for you.
