I can vouch for the validity of that statement, being an admiral and all.

Re: MBDM 2012 - Round 10

After some serious obsessing, I have come up the following scenario: TigerShark will smell Chalupacabre first, thanks to his keen sense of smell, his super fast too so he will get to Chalupacabre first. He will take a devastating bite (we’ve all seen a shark bite), it doesn’t matter from which end,...

Re: MBDM 2012 - Round 10

I got to thinking; if Pirahnapede managed to sting Chalupacabra with its paralyzing tail before the cramps hit, it might immobilize Chalupacabra long enough for Pirahnapede to get through the cramps. Of course, that would just lead to them both dying at the hands of the others, unless they all immed...

Re: MBDM 2012 - Round 10

My girlfriend is sitting here trying to tell me that the Pirahnapede would beat the Chalupacabra. The Priahnapede is merely 10 feet of mouths to eat the tainted meat and get sick all the faster. Fool.

Re: how to deal

Well done, sir! This merits a movie about a useful haunting, if you ask me. It'd probably be a romantic comedy, but that can't be helped. I'd watch it anyway

Re: Spread the Word

Without actual exposure to alien psychology, we can only theorize about our culture's effects upon them. I'd like to believe that outside eyes would help us find the big truths , the seeking of which has brought us into so much conflict. This drabble is the cynical take on this dynamic (seeing the ...

Re: Spread the Word

I've always thought that, if we did make contact, our world religions would undoubtedly spread themselves through to the others. This is a good take on what would probably happen eventually, if that ever happened. Humans spreading the hate and whatnot

Re: Dribblecast

There's a nice little guitar piece that I'd like to use in the background of a read I just did, but it isn't creative commons. I got into contact with the band a few weeks ago and they gave me permission to use their stuff, but if you would rather not take the chance I understand fully.

Re: Dribblecast

So, there's a girl who is involved in the cast that I'm wanting to get going in the future, and she is interested in this as well, I can only assume that you don't mind her reading any female voices I may come across?

Re: Dribblecast

Sounds great! I've read a bunch of the stories posted there since before I signed up to the site, but I'll check them out again from a narrator's point of view. I may keep updates going, but expect some audio in the near future either way.

Looks like there hasn't been much going on here the last few months, what better day to revive it than the extra day on leap year?

Dribblecast

I was poking around the forums for a bit today trying to find out how to get involved in the Dribblecast, and tbaker eventually directed me back here. I have absolutely no clue where to begin with this, so I shall wait until someone with a head comes along!
Cheers everyone

Re: The Esoteric Order of Sherman - Out Now!

Got my CD in a while ago, around early February, only a couple weeks after I ordered it. Not bad for Baltimore to Florida over USPS, the Pony Express probably would've been about the same time, but that's neither here nor there. Great CD, as I have come to expect from Mr. Sherman! Damn Americans, we...
