Made me laugh.
Only problem is this actually assumes the legislators are present in the chamber. Most the zombies would get most days are the one speaking, some poor stenographer, and the presiding officer (correct term?)

I have a question on it, though... Is it actually keeping him from overeating? While he is sobbing, it doesn't seem to actually be stopping him from eating junk food. Or am I overreading?
Is it only junk food? Does broccoli also plead for its life?
