steampod.org is a new one, only one story so far, but it was a good story and made mention of furry terrorists. It is a steampunk podcast. It is also read by JC Hutchins. I recommend you check it out.

I really liked this story. Of course, it is Resnik, so that is no surprise. If you haven't read his Santiago book, go grab a copy. It is in my top 5 favorite SF novels.

The drabble was great!

I must say that I do find the fun-ness of the DC its best point. Sure, some stories aren't as strong, but did you have fun listening? I listen at work to keep my mind busy, entertained, etc. Even if the story is kinda lame, I'll listen anyways and most likely I'll enjoy the time I spent listening, e...

The drabble was pretty hilarious. I expected the monster to get the dad, but didn't exect it to be the cookie monster. I liked the Quack Apocolype story. Nothing unexpexted happened, but that doesn't mean it wasn't good. I think sometimes I/we are used to twist endings that when there isn't one, we ...

Grandpa: Always a sadistic joker. ... {>..>} I liked the story... it could have used a more terrifying moment, it was like Eep! then he ran away, almost as if he was not in a whole lot of danger as soon as he hit the steps going up. I did want him to survive like mad since, he, like me, is a husband...

What would Earth be like if everyone respected everyone else, and focused on others and not self? We are capable of total niceness if we try, so Bleerbo can go Oh Bloody Hell someone else and thanks pal for not offering some advice to help us all see a better way. Now whose the bad guy? Man, it wou...

It seems that either humans are horrible and are not allowed to enter space until we act up or humanity will be blow up by some aliens until, oh wait, that guy was nice, we'll spare everyone, or the galaxy is threatened by some ultimate evil (berserker, borg) that is nothing but evil totally and com...

I want to point out that I don't have an issue, off the bat, with stories that are "depressing" or that want to make a point about something wrong in the world. But there are better ways to make such points than by making the reader feel like she's being lectured at. We all hear you, ahmedakhan , b...

As soon as he came to Earth, I laughed heartilly thingking that he was going to say "Oh bloody hell!" after examining Earth. The story did lose its lighthearted feel as soon as the actual idiocy of some of the things the Earthlings do, and as Earthlings, I think it could have gone without saying, an...

When zombies showed up, many argued fears came true. If a zombie grabbed bare flesh, they could tear the flesh apart. The zombies carried a disease that would weaken flesh they touched, but when it infected someone, it would take over the body, strengthening it. Fire did nothing, bullet wounds heale...

Does the cat liquefying count as a splat?
I'd say yes. It might be the best overall single sound effect I've heard on DC.

What a sick person. Why would anyone dream of Mur getting hit by a bus?

Good story! Needless to say, the voices were done well, the plot was interesting and different.

To top is all:
Best bus hitting scene I've ever heard.
