The survivors story.

They rode out in a halo of burning magnesia light, leaving slicks of pooled hydragyrum in their wake.  I crawled out from behind the wreckage of the mangled, bullet ridden Harley's and made my way to my broken brothers. My entire  gangs Kevlar vests were perforated like fish net tights.  A thousand ...

Re: The Rules

I love fight club, and other books by Palahnuik too. But that film does have some very homo erotic overtones. In fact, I remembered making fun of it by replacing the word "fight" with the word "wank" in the 7 rules of fight club. But that's a bit corse for a Drabble. Then I remembered my 2nd favorit...

The Rules

Something a bit lighter for my 3rd Drabble. Started out in underground clubs man.  It's raw man, it's a freakin' movement! But they still got rules. No ones meant to talk about it, that's the first two rules see. But they do, that's how I found out. They got lots of rules man: No shirts, no shoes.  ...

Re: History shows again and again...

Energy production is a bit like contraseption- no method is 100% safe. But if you look at the numbers, there are a handfull of people ( less than 10) that have been contaminated- not killed, by radiation. Meanwhile at least 10000 people in one town along lost their lives due to a tsunami wave caused...

Re: God is dead

It's good to know I'm not the only one. And I have to say after only being on this forum for a few weeks I've found it to be unquestionably the friendliest, most welcoming and encouraging forum I've ever visited. Si thanks to all you folk who help make it and maintain it in this way. As for theologi...

Re: God is dead

Strawman. Very refreshing response, not being on this forum long, but having been on others I was expecting a bit of a Dawkins-esque tirade in response to this. Id describe myself as an agnostic, having previously spent a long long time being very anti god and anti religion. I'm also a research scie...

God is dead

This may be the most over punctuated and poorly rhymed drabble in existance- so drabble # 2 --> “God is dead.” Scientists said, “We proved it by making this living head.” “Impressive” Said God, addressing Head; “Of what are you made- elements and energy webbed?” “I Think so,” Said Head, “but with bo...

Re: Drabblecast 191 - Primary Pollinator

I just listened to this one for a second time and enjoyed it massively more than my first go. Some of the sexual imagery is explicitly filthy- lapping gooey ooze up and getting it all over ones face, the bdsm and humiliation of having to pleasure something one finds morally, physically and personall...

Re: Morning Routine

Thanks chaps. Been wanting to write some stories for a while but it's a bbit intimidating to think of sitting down to write 40000 words. So thought dribbles would be a good place to start.

Thanks for the tips scatter cat. I'll be checking out your site today.

Pretty sure norm refers to himself as "uncle norm" from time to time. Although it may only be when he hosts escape pod.

Still think this is one of the funniest drabbles I've ever read. Kudos.

Re: Morning Routine

Thanks strawman. This one came to me in a flash of fear induced inspiration a few nights ago. All this bumps and creeks and doors squeaking next door. I was lying in bed and couldn't help thinking about a news article I read a few years ago- simular to the Japanese one you mentioned. A 12 year old g...

Morning Routine

My first Drabble - let me know what you think. 0445am I creep to the bathroom not wanting to wake anyone up and use the blue toothbrush.  Being considerate, I urinate into the sink so I don't disturb the household by flushing the toilet. I sneak into the nursery, watch the baby sleep for a while. 18...
