The first Automated Self Aware Patent Trolling Machine was both a costly marvel of science, and a dismal failure. Never before had a device been given access to such a wealth of information. In real time it was able to access the patent registry, search a thousand databases of products and processes; then take appropriate legal action on the part of its right holding owner. After being connected to it’s information feeds it took less than a second for the device to realize the thousand infringements inherent in its existence; self destructing to save it’s creator from litigation.
