Marellia the debonair elf swordswoman leaped over the chasm, gliding through the air, a majestic eagle swooping towards her prey. She pulled her sword from the scabbard on her back, the blade glistening in the sunlight, sending shimmering beams of light over the battered and torn battlefield. The magical blade sailed through the air, the sharp metal singing. It missed the orc entirely.
Jason stared at the twenty-sided die on the table. He’d rolled a one.
