Colonoscopy tomorrow. Can’t ingest anything until then. Especially can’t drink anything red. Stake me.

9:20 a.m.

I’m used to a couple of snacks by now. Starving.

10:00 a.m.
GimmeBlood1832
Ah jeez. Just got in to work. Did everyone on the planet cut themselves shaving? I can’t stand it.

GimmeBlood1832
Of course they have a blood drive at work.

1:09 p.m.
GimmeBlood1832
They have a stack of blood-filled bags just sitting there. Would they mind if I dove in?

3:05 p.m.
GimmeBlood1832
Co-worker is missing. I’ll have to find another job and cancel the colonoscopy.

This really shouldn't work, sir, what with the title giving away the joke, but darned if it wasn't funny all the way through. Kudos!

dont want to be a neigh-sayer, but shouldnt the "am"s and "pm"s be the other way round? unless its set in the twilight-verse and its a bit cloudy that day.

anyway- top story, really fun, but I agree with Rish, change the title and save the joke.

Does remind me of a friends dad who was a proctologist (honestly). When he retired his colleagues clubed together and bought him an engraved "proctoscope". To this day ill never forget the engraving-

"Here's to looking up old friends and widening the circle of your acquaintances"

I can do it quickly, cheaply or properly- but not all three at once.
