Seashells

Post by InfernoFudd » Thu Feb 24, 2011 12:36 am

Sand grinds in his teeth as he trudges along the beach. He’s always looking.
Nighttime is the best time to find them; nothing is picked over and fresh ones are always washing up.
He is looking for something in particular, though. A certain something that no one else has. Each shell represents a soul lost at sea. Some shine a bright white, some are black as pitch, but they all affect the finder in one way or another, good or bad. This man is looking for his three daughters, all white shells and hoping these shells will fill his void.
