Women in science fiction

Post by FAIL:SAFE » Fri May 27, 2011 10:31 am

There is a great discussion here about women in science fiction regarding the new expo at the British library "out of this world" which is about science fiction past and present (all major genders are represented)

The BBC radio4 show women's hour has a section on women authors in science fiction and why it is still considered a genre for men and/or children when many of the greatest and most influential author are women (marry shelly, gweneth jones, ursula le guin etc)

Anyway- after the bit on ketamine and female masterbation, at around 30 min the sci fi bit begins.

I can do it quickly, cheaply or properly- but not all three at once.
