Anyone heard what's up with Escapepod?

I know drabblecast and escapepod are a mutual admiration society. Does anyone know if Steve is ok? Long hiatus and now the web-site is unavailable for a couple days.

Worried about this pioneer in the pod-field.

Site's back up now. As of a few days ago EP was still alive and planning to be posted at some point soon. That's all I got.

I'm hosting/reading this week's Escapepod- good story with Indians of the Future and a cool robot that has cattle prods built in for weaponry. :twisted:

EP is a good opportunity to judge what DC would be like without "augmented production".

It may be my A.D.D., but I prefer the shorter DC stories, the combination Drabbles/Drabble News/Intro/Outros/Bbardles/and FX. It's a really good mix.

Plus, I've grown rather fond of the bamboo on this planet.

Norm - Nice work on hosting EP, I just listened and it was great. Also, I liked having another listen of Pimp my satellite...that song is HILARIOUS.

Total agreement with each word that clutron spoke here. It was so cool to hear Norm on EscapePod, the podcast that first brought me to listen to the Drabblecast! Awesome.

And yeah, baby! Pimp my satellite rockz huge! Love that song, it clings to the membrane (am I saying something biologically very weird here? Hope so!). Anywayz: niiice work!

I sent the Youtube video to Hubblesite.org today courtesy of Drabblecast. I imagine someone up their is sending it around the office and enjoying it. Maybe we could request that NASA beam the RSS feed into space under the theory that the stuff they've been transmitting is just too boring to warrant a response.
