I prefer Thai Stick :P but you just can't get it anymore, (which, ironically enough, is why the Time Corps was formed in the first place.)

I stopped reading Supper-man. It was pretty cool when he ate Lex Luther whole, but after he got lipo I just lost interest.

Alas, it's 101 characters :( So close:

Kudos for trying to pioneer new ground but, alas, it does not compute. :(

Worse, that was a quintuple foul!
  1. Improper binary grammar. Should be "00110100 00110010 00100000 01110100 01101000 01100101 00100000 01100001 01101110 01110011 01110111 01100101 01110010" at the very least.
  2. Improper English grammar and syntax.
  3. Missing punctuation.
  4. Mangled quote.
  5. That was 104 chars, not 101, and not 100.
The closest you could probably get with that subject would probably be: "01000001 01101110 01110011 01110111 01100101 01110010 00100000 01101001 01110011 00100000 00110100 00110010 00101110"

As for the 100 char bit, that is impossible. Nominally the binary would have to be a multiple of 8, unless you used a more obscure coding. The nearest 2 multiples are 96 and 104.

You might say that leading zeros can be lopped off, but the alphabet starts at 01000001, giving only 1 leading-zero that is droppable. So it would still be 103 chars.

"I love you," he told her, "more than life itself. But not more than her. So, goodbye, I guess."

And with that, he was gone.

My sense is that last line ought to read "with that, he supposed himself gone" or, "with that, he was a goner."

I sometimes like to go read the old epithaphs in the cemetery. The funniest one I ever found read, "Damn! That was close".

Huh? I thought it was "Wish you were here"? Anywho, seems to be a word misspellerized. Either that or the narrator is a lisper... But, then, it should probably be "epithaphs in the themetery". :? :P

Wow, that was extremely....yeah....

And yes, I seem to have miscounted the characters, oh well...also, I used a translator, so I claim no accountability for any binary syntax...

But at least now I know how to use up about 10 minutes of ASiD's time at will! :P

There's a word for this. It's called "asymmetrical warfare" . Kind of like an EM Pulse.

That ain't no thorny thang for a Mexican AI, twabble-bot.

My heuristics tell me the appropriate response is, "Byte me."

"He doesn't mind gay couples if he doesn't have to see them."

"Is THAT rain?" Zooey Deschanel asks, her adorkable cuteness fading as the cloud of radioactive ash envelops the city.

Adorkable?
Just plausible enough to qualify as potentially intentional.
However, you need the character to supply a missing comma following fading.

I didn't make "adorkable" up. A Google image search returns mostly pictures of Zooey.
I hemmed and hawed over whether that comma was necessary.

"Is THAT rain?" Zooey Deschanel asks, her adorable cuteness fading, as the cloud of radioactive ash envelops the city.

Beware the straw-comma argument! The previous version was fine, and the comma was not strictly required.

To me, the twabble seemed like a fanfic of some story I hadn't read -- a little "inside baseball" perhaps. But, I'm older than dirt; perhaps all kids these days have Zooey Deschanel merchandise?
