FL teacher fired for wizardry

A Florida teacher who made a toothpick disappear in class was accused of wizardry and let go. WTH is going on? Is is 2008 or 1808?

I saw this a few days ago and nearly posted it. I mean, really?

I'm really feeling quite evil now. Last week a lot of people were missing from church, including everyone usually involved with looking after the children. As it happened I had a friend visiting who does a few magic tricks. So I got him to do a show, right in the middle of church.

If i promise to be exorcised before tomorrow can I keep my job?

Apparently he took a job at Hogwarts not long after...
Also known as Tango Alpha Delta; sometimes found in the wild at MySpace, del.icio.us, and Last.fm.

Dude. He's got it made. Either:

A. They can't prove he's a wizard, and he gets to keep his job.
or
B. They do prove he's a wizard, and he collects $1M from James Randi.
