But, if I recall my Greek and Roman mythology lectures correctly, the Minotaur never actually figured out how to get out of the labyrinth. I think we're running into an issue of smarts (or lack thereof) again.

That being said, I'm still confidently casting my vote for Sir Anthony Hopkins. Sorry, Boris.

Hey-- can I change my vote here on the poll? I changed my mind, and am backing Bandersnatch now!!

Due to Bo's (entirely subconscious I'm sure) sexual innuendo in his last post, I now can't get the image of Boris and Minhotep wrestling around with each other in a loving way out of my head. While those two love birds are exploring their new relationship, Bandersnatch is going to swoop in and snicker-snack them both before they've even finished.

I imagine Bandersnatch moving much like the Sentinels in The Matrix, with the added ability to phase in and out of the world.

She took her vorpal sword in hand:
Sharpened limbs were what she wrought--
She phased out by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awaiting for what she sought.

One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blades went snicker-snack!
She left them dead, and with their heads
She went a-phasing back.

I'm clearly not well-versed in Mega-Beastdom. How did Beowulf make it into the mix? Is this one of those begatting things? :?

Hey guys. I'm afraid I've been a little pre-occupied. Who am I supposed to be voting for again?

I'm still pitching for the write-in of Sir Anthony Hopkins. Sir Elton John couldn't make it. :|

Quick size comparison: 16.7 feet for Boris, 14 for Minhotops, 10 for Bandersnatch. If Mino is going to try and chase him down his tunnel, it'll get cramped awful quick. Snatch maybe, Mino will get his horns lodged in the dirt. A folly to follow.

Bigger Boris.

I encourage everyone to call-in and leave a skype box message on the Beast-Line. We've only gotten a couple so far for this round. Do it tonight, and you're likely to be heard when the first finals podcast is posted Monday. And if you recall, with wacky tiered voting each call-in vote is worth 50 site votes!

I txt'ed several of my friends to vote Boris. First communism will triumph! And soon after, liberalism! *gasp*

Bandersnatch
You had a typo.

Love IS a battlefield, and while Bigger Boris was playing a mix tape of his favorite Pat Benatar songs for Minhotops, Bandersnatch simultaneously punched through both of their chest cavities in a violent spray of blood and is currently chewing on their broken hearts.

My reason for backing Bandersnatch is 90% because every time Bo speaks, he makes Boris and Minhotops sound gayer and gayer and gayer. I consider this a completely valid argument considering the complete and totally senseless debauchery upon which this contest is based.

The rest is because Bandersnatch actually is freakin amazing. Let's not overlook the fact that NO ONE has ever survived, much less killed, a Bandersnatch. I've seen beautiful bearskin rugs adorning the floors of effeminate minotaurs, and that all of the mythological bits making up Minhotops have died out at some point. Even the gods lending their powers have all died out. The only creature here who has never been killed is Bandersnatch. She's the apex predator of her universe and ours, including Boring and Minnie.
