No, ROU and I were crying over losing our dear Velasquez. Taking him out to the backyard and burying him was one of the hardest things to do. I mean, do you know how hard it was to not set off his grenades?themorg wrote:Was hellcat what ROU Killing time was crying about last year?

I'm trying to decide if Hellcat would beat a regular cat. Cat's a are very passive aggressive and don't need any demonic or cult given abilities. They just slink by you silently and quietly fall asleep behind your feet, waiting for you step back. Preferably at te top of the stairs.

Next round megabeast nomination: Clowncat.

Or we could give him some paint, a cat and a web cam. You know they'd make money on a pay per view for that.strawman wrote:Next round megabeast nomination: Clowncat.

Ha. I quote / do an impression of that line of dialog in casual conversation, and no one ever picks up on it. They just think I'm being weird. Which is completely fair, since most of the time I am, just not weird with the same specificity.
There are two cats who inhabit my present domicile. I could paint either, but it ignores the fact we've already had a Hellcat. LOLcat no, Hellcat yes.
Seriously though, someone needs to double-back on the FEMININE WILES suggestion. To think, a mega beast with boobs. The ceiling is unimaginable.

Polar Borer
A polar bear with fierce red eyes and mechanical metal claws. Impervious to cold, not terribly fond of the warm (but as Lost taught us, the heat only makes it more fierce). Digs beneath its opponents and attacks their weak underbellies.
Weak to drowning apparently. Global warming is its greatest foe.

Man boobs on a mega beast? Ew... All we need is bristly back hair when we'd have a clear winner. The opponent would simply not get in the same ring.

Re: R0 - Listener/Forums Mega-Beast Suggestions
How about...
PTEROCRABAZER
This intelligent, flying, hard-shelled dinosaur has huge pincers instead of feet and eyes on stalks that shoot lasers in any direction. It came out of a lab that was trying to recreate pterodactyls for a certain park/game preserve, but accidentally got the DNA mixed with that of a crab and an experimental nano-laser assembly thing. It can pull its appendages into its extremely hard outer shell in an emergency, but that severely limits the action and range of the lasers.
----------------
Oops. Just saw it closed on the 19th. Ah well. Maybe next year. I also thought of:
ILL TEMPERED SEA BASS with FRICKIN' LASERS ON THEIR HEADS

Re: R0 - Listener/Forums Mega-Beast Suggestions
Yeh, let no beasts go to waste. Bottle em' up. I was thinking of locking the topic, but was am leaving it over the week in case people want to try and bump a beast (that sounded dirtier than it should have). I can say we're pretty firm on two of the three, so last minute pleas will be heard. I think it's fair to embellish an existing beast too.ejbman wrote:Oops. Just saw it closed on the 19th. Ah well. Do people want me to notify them if we're using their concept? I just figure it'd be fun as a surprise Monday.
