Nope, ol' Yawnflict's bill for such powers just came due and his luck has run out.

He really shoulda staid out of Cap'n Sully's flight path; Swany's goose is now cooked!

This is a much more interesting heat than the thrashing Dreadnaughtilus is handing out in the next ring over.

Swanflict’s greatest weakness is his arrogance,
It will dull his senses and make him vulnerable. He may well cut down all other beasts, saving the female for last. He believes so strongly in his good looks that he will not be able to conceive of the fact that a woman will not find him irresistible. He may even be hoping for some well deserved “after the battle action”. Bat El Ax will take care of him much the same as she did with Sphyxtaur.
Also beneath it all Swanflict has some insecurities, constantly being compared to an eagle must be discouraging. The eagle is one handsome bird and he can wear flip-flops because he doesn’t have those pesky webbed feet!

Some good insider advice there!

And all anybody needs to do is throw some tasty, half stale white bread and Swanaflit is completely out of the running! While he is busy dunking his tasty treat, he would be completely unaware that it was his last meal as Bat El Ex lasso'd his long neck and its KO for the swan.

Lucky for Swanflict, he is only up against the Bat, she just wants to kill him!
If Leda were involved, the Swan would be getting castrated.

By Hera, no doubt. Zeus would not like that.

We would not have Dionysius (Bacchus).
NO! By Thunder, Bat el Ex MUST NOT PREVAIL!

If there is really a tie between Swanflict and Luck Billed, just flip a coin and let chance decide.
That would be fair, right?

I see what you did there.

Accounting for the 3 other fingers in the FIst'em vote system, LBP has a definite edge. Nothing insurmountable, should anyone get after this on the facebook, but enough he shan't have to cheat a coin flip.

Tee Hee, I said "shan't"

Writing out the breakdown was fun for the pest heat, so I figured I'd lend the scenario to the flighty beasts.

This is a rock/papers/scissor relationship, with one potential spoiler:
  • Mourning Dove beats Swanflict - it's too damn small, too damn quick, and impossible to hit
Syphynxtaur beats Mourning Dove - duck and weave all it will, MD hasn't the force to fell 'taur
Luck Billed Platypus beats Sphynxtaur - every swoop is another crash landing for 'taur
Bat el Ex beats Luck Billed Platypus - no matter how luck swings, the outcome is LBP being totally emotionally raw, distracted, and completely vulnerable
Swanflict beats Bat el Ex - "you think you're hot, but you have nothing on lady swans."
Who is spoiler!?

Bat el Ex! It turns a lovelorn Sphynxtaur on Swanflict, creating enough of a distraction that her natural counter is dispatched.

Oh yeh, thats some good stuff.

Seriously? Have you seen a mourning dove fly? They're the slow buffet for sharp-shinned hawks.
All Swanflict has to do is offer out some bird seed, then step on him. :?
