Do you want just a clean voice reading, or can we add our own music/sfx?
Just the voice track, please. I'm enjoying the multi-tracking job.
If you have some music you think would go well with it, feel free to send it along and I might go ahead and mix it in, but I like the freedom to play around and tweak it all.

I don't blame you for doing your own multi-tracking. No, I was just thinking the Indredible Hulk theme from the TV series would be perfectly sad mood music for the story. The Dunesteef guys use it sometimes. Ask Rish where they get it
NightMare Wars is a story ROU is writing, and I've been helping edit. You saw a taste of it in C&B epside 2 - "To Sleep". Gillian is one of the main characters, but doesn't have nearly as many lines as Harold.
It's not online, so don't feel too left out. (Actually, that's not true. Early parts are in "Short Stories" here on the forums.)

Are they still? I may have taken them down pending re-writes.
There will lots more Gillian as events progress.

nah, i tookem down long ago. The initial feedback was very helpful, but it's become clear that there's lots of revision involved in doing long pieces, and I felt it would be counter-productive and confusing in the long run to do such revision out in the open-air, as it were.

#2 was the best- horrible imagery... A losing war.
I dropped the music on 2 and 3 by 3dB.
Give it a re-listen and tell me what ya think.

(You other guys, I'll find them at my usual email address too, but what with facebook and spam trails going back to 2003, they are easier to find in my dedicated C&B account...)

Thx bud. It was a great read. Took some liberties with the timing of sentences and such. 1/2 a second here, a second there and such. Very good source material to work with on the narration wav. Thanks for lending your talents to it.
Plus, I think I spelled your name right.
