The last four times I voted for Scar on this thing, the vote totals didn't change. Then I come back and Trist is up one.

Well, the scientific thing for you to do now would be to vote for Steggo and see if it makes a difference.strawman wrote:The last four times I voted for Scar on this thing, the vote totals didn't change. Then I come back and Trist is up one.

Hand on the Necrinomicon, no shenanigans are at hand. There is a Taurded groundswell happening. Seems he's the beasts most polled would like to share a beer with. I'm as surprised as anyone.

Yeah I was just listening to the past seasons of MBDM and was surprised by how many powers some of the other beasties have had in just one guy. Was thinking if Steggo could control it with his mind, the other two could have better powers too. Scar could have ranged embalming powers, turning his opponents into tightly wrapped mummies, to go with his eternal life theme. Or something like that. Minotaurd already has impressive powers, just not the brains to use them. So I dunno how to help that guy.normsherman wrote:If he could control the missiles with his mind, I feel like it'd tip things too far in his favor. But hell yah, it would be awesome.
Still, with the given powers as they are, I still have to conclude that Scarhotep has the best chance at winning!!

Re: MB4 R1 - Scarho'tep vs. Tristegotops vs. Minotaurd
Death panel never directly addressed the missiles by mind issue. My interpretation of the firing mechanism would be it's wired in to Stego's nervous system. So yes, under his mental control, but not subject to any telekinesis. So he launches a seeker like he would flex the tip of his tail, but once the missile goes, it goes.
Now that triceratops has been ruled a non-species, I guess that makes Tristegotops a partial, juvenile torosaurus. As such tack on emotional immaturity to his weaknesses. Big Science asserting its shady influence to effect the reality of the death match - unprecedented.

If you're talking about the brains pulled out through the nose sort of embalming (at range), I'd soooo switch sides. Alas, it's moot now.jannypie wrote:Scar could have ranged embalming powers, turning his opponents into tightly wrapped mummies, to go with his eternal life theme.

Not so fast on the Triceratops, boys. For one, it's only a theory by one group of people. Second, rebuttals are already coming out. http://www.qcsunonline.com/news/tricera ... hange.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: MB4 R1 - Scarho'tep vs. Tristegotops vs. Minotaurd
So, once upon a time I worked as a preparator in a palentology lab.
The Maid of honor at my wedding is a paleontologist who is a vertebrate expert on animal bones and especially how they heal from injury and fuse in adulthood. In fact, she is an expert on ceratopsians in particular. She says there in no blasted way a Torosaurus is a Tricertaops. Having seen both skulls as close as you can get, I really was shocked by this paper. Time will tell...

There's only one real answer to this conundrum: The triceratops was the ninja of the dinosaur world.

Check again. Scar's minions are swarming, like a mass of unholy dungbeetles from beyond the Kingdom of the Dead, released by Anubis to assist his favored devotee.
