Dribblecast - Fan Podcast of the Drabblecast!
We, the contributors and administrators of the Dribblecast, are strange people. We are strange people because we like strange stories by strange authors. Our pilgrimage to strangeness led us all to the Drabblecast podcast, created and hosted by Norm Sherman, also a strange individual. We had found a home.
As much as we enjoyed basking at the feet of Norm and his strange stories (and still do), we grew restless and began to write our own, and soon, this too was not enough. We wanted to raise our voices in praise of strangeness, and so we began to read aloud these new strange stories and publish them into the world. We are still devoted to Norm, and as his disciples, we wish only to spread the weird and promote the strangeness that he has shared with us all.
Do you find this strange? Good. This is our message.

Re: Dribblecast - Fan Podcast of the Drabblecast!
So we just record anything out of the public domain section and then both post on the Dribblecast and email it in? Seems way too easy.... I have to figure out how to overly complicate this with self doubt and angst. The file format should be MP3 , joint stereo preferred. 112kbs is a good starting place for quality.
If you have any questions, ask them on this thread and someone will get back to you!-- viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4235

Just email it in, I'll post it.
Yep, pretty easy. You can complicate it with all sorts of things. It's better if you don't. Just remember, we don't care if you sound like an idiot.
Start out with the mic on your PC. Have fun. Send it in and then show your friends!

I'm just trying to figure out what to read first. My own stories arent all that great, but what the hell, I want to get my feet wet with this audio stuff.

The dribblecast and all my work on it has disappeared. Any idea on what happened to it or where the audipfiles went?
If I wrote it you can read it unless you sound like Fran Drescher.

Yeah. I got it. I’m in the process of bringing them back up under the drabblecast domain. Sorry for the downtime.

I was scared out of my mind. Does that mean they will be featured there or remain a separate thing?

It will still be separate. Lobby if you want something different! We’re open to ideas!
