Ken's Struggle

Post by DoctorBanzai » Tue May 07, 2013 1:30 am

My wife’s hand was small and cold in mine, but I held it tight, trying to pull her from the water. My muscles strained as I fought against the current that continued to pull her from me.

“Hold on, Barb,” I yelled, pulling harder.

She went under; bobbing back up to the surface quickly as I struggled to pull against whatever was holding her. Something was wrapped tightly about her, making it impossible to haul her out.

It would be easier if my plastic arms could bend, but I was poorly articulated and had to work with what I had.

Yeah, that tub's a real deathtrap!

You had me going for a moment there. I was waiting for the tentacles to break the surface of the water!

This one's a grin-inducer. Nice job!
